About the artist
Born in Forest Grove, Oregon and raised near Sea Ranch, California the beauty of these places helped him to establish a deep appreciation for nature. Educated as a designer Barney has spent over 40 years as an architectural illustrator helping his clients around the world to visualize projects before they became reality.
He has a core belief in the power of observation. When we take the time to really see the world around us magic happens and we see the world through a more different lens. He has for many years had the pleasure of painting watercolors outside of his work as an illustrator and has recently begun to share them more broadly.
